Course Title:
Recognizing and Valuing Community Diversity and Cultural Differences to Include Implicit Bias (3 credits)
Objective: By the end of this training, law enforcement officers will demonstrate an understanding of race relations, implicit and explicit bias, and impartial policing and will be equipped with strategies to address historical injustices and improve community relations.
Autism Training (2 credits)
Objective: By the end of this training, law enforcement officers will demonstrate an understanding of Autism and be equipped with strategies for interacting with individuals on the autism spectrum to improve potential situations and community relations.
