Hello and welcome! I'm Jayce Alexander, a passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), currently serving as the DEI Coordinator for the City of Minnetonka. My journey began in education, where I spent seven impactful years as a teacher at The Blake School. This experience ignited my commitment to fostering inclusive spaces, prompting me to embark on a new chapter in my career.

As the founder of Clear Lens Consulting, I bring a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to organizations seeking to cultivate environments where diversity is not only acknowledged but celebrated. My tenure at The Blake School, combined with ongoing education, has equipped me with a unique perspective on the transformative power of DEI initiatives.

I am proud to hold certification as an Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) facilitator, enabling me to guide organizations through the process of enhancing intercultural competence. Currently, I am furthering my expertise by pursuing a Masters in Diversity Leadership at the University of St Thomas, where I engage with the latest theories and practices shaping the field.
